Since December 1, 2025, Moritz Vosschulte has joined the Board of Grigeo Hygiene, bringing valuable expertise in the hygienic paper sector. His core competencies include strategic product development and market expansion.

M. Vosschulte has accumulated more than 17 years of experience in the energy and paper industries and has been leading the German company Huchtemeier Papier GmbH since 2014. The new board member has also successfully founded two start-ups in the e-commerce and food sectors.
“Moritz Vosschulte’s knowledge and experience will strengthen the competencies of the Grigeo Hygiene board and contribute to the implementation of the company’s long-term growth strategy. His experience will add value to strategic decision-making, while his international perspective will help us better understand market dynamics and improve operational efficiency,” says Tomas Jozonis, Chairman of the Board of Grigeo Hygiene.
Until now, the Grigeo Hygiene Board consisted of four members. As of December, it has expanded to five.
Grigeo Hygiene is a hygienic paper manufacturing company and part of Grigeo Group, one of the largest paper and wood industry groups in the Baltic States.
In 2024, Grigeo Hygiene acquired a hygienic paper factory in Niedomice, Poland, and in 2025 – 100% of the shares of Huchtemeier Papier GmbH. These acquisitions strengthened the company’s position in Central and Western European markets and created a foundation for further expansion.
The Grigeo Group of companies to produce fiberboard, paperboard and tissue paper consists of Grigeo Hygiene, Grigeo Paper Packaging, Grigeo Tissue, Grigeo Klaipėda, Grigeo Packaging, Grigeo Baltwood, Grigeo Recycling, Grigeo Recycling (Latvia), Mena Pak (Ukraine) and Grigeo Tissue (Poland).
The group employs more than 1,000 people.
Shares of Grigeo Group are traded on the Nasdaq Vilnius Official List.
