Hygiene paper product manufacturer Grigeo Hygiene, part of the Grigeo Group – one of the largest paper and wood industry groups in the Baltics – is strengthening its team and international expansion ambitions.

As of July 1, Swedish executive Pierre Rolf Norgren has joined the company as the new Head of Sales & Growth. An expert in international business, Norgren brings extensive experience in the hygiene paper industry, a track record of successful projects, and a clear vision further enhancing the company’s market position.

P. R. Norgren is a seasoned professional in business administration and international marketing, having held various commercial leadership roles. Most recently, he led the Essity Professional Hygiene division at global hygiene and health company Essity, where he was responsible for the development of its well-known B2B hygiene brand portfolio targeting business and public sector clients.

In his new role at Grigeo Hygiene, Norgren will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies as well as driving further company growth. Working alongside a strong and experienced hygiene product team, he will aim not only to consolidate the company’s current market position but also to actively advance its international expansion.

“I believe that teamwork and a clear strategic direction are key to achieving our ambitious production growth targets. This isn’t just a vision—we have strong, well-recognized brands like Grite Orchidea, Blossom, Family, and Grite Professional, as well as a solid private label strategy. With these tools, we’re well-positioned to scale our production capacity. I’m excited about the road ahead and proud to be contributing to Grigeo Hygiene’s success,” Norgren says.

According to him, his personal goal is to learn from Grigeo Hygiene’s adaptability and responsiveness to market needs while helping to foster a positive, growth-oriented team culture.

Grigeo Hygiene CEO Darius Belevičius describes Norgren’s arrival as a significant strategic step that reflects the company’s current stage of rapid growth and international development.

“Pierre’s international experience and his ability to see the market from a broader perspective are exactly what we need right now. We were looking not only for a highly skilled expert, but also for a leader capable of inspiring the team to reach ambitious goals. Pierre is that kind of person - he understands that real growth comes from bold decisions and the ability to adapt quickly to changing market needs. With him on board, we aim to strengthen the positions of our existing brands and explore new growth directions and untapped opportunities,” says Belevičius.

Grigeo Hygiene is part of the Grigeo Group, one of the largest paper and wood processing groups in the Baltic region. The group currently employs more than 1,000 people across its companies.
